CSI is committed to Mexico and seeks to integrate, within its commercial operations and relationships with different interest groups, legal, social and ethical responsibilities in Mexico. The manner in which CSI seeks to comply with its social responsibilities withinthese frameworks is: • CSI is careful to comply with all regulations in its labor, tax and legal issues and therefore obtains counsel from auditors, lawyers and notaries renowned in their fields for their integrity. • CSI carries out the payment of its taxes in a timely manner and in accordance with the Mexican fiscal laws since it is aware that the timely payment of taxes benefits everyone. • CSI’s employees are conscious of the fact that they work for a socially-conscious company; every quarter they make visits to a Children’s Foundation in need, taking them food, clothing and donations.
